The Apartment is a 6200 Sq ft Duplex Penthouse in a 12 acre gated community on the Golf Course Road in Gurgaon. The complex has a Club with small pool, Badminton & Squash courts & pool tables with TT tables. Lovely two Central parks. A full Basketball court and 2 tennis courts in the complex.
Metro Station [Rapid metro] stations are 150 [VIVO Sec 53-54] and 200 meters apart [Sec 54]. These connect to Delhi Metro via Sikanderpur Metro Stn. The Airport is technically without a red light and without traffic is 10-12 mins.
Our Apartment is 3 side open with very good views of Golf Course road, Aravali hills and the Club house with rising sun to setting sun. Every room has large private balconies [about 80 Sq ft minimum to 150 sq ft].
All our bedrooms are feng shui compliant and very large [350 -450 sq ft] with attached very modern bathrooms. All bedrooms have heating and Air Conditioning. Bedrooms are King size and with Japanese Sanyo Orthopedic Mattresses. All rooms have a Study corner too.
I and my wife live on the upper floor. We have 2 bedrooms on the lower floor and we have a younger son [doing his IB and studying at The British School, Delhi] also staying on upper floor.
We have two large living rooms on each floor. A very modern Drawing room and dining room on the lower floor. 2 Kitchens [one on each floor].
Each Bedroom has its own LED Smart TV and we have 2 high speed wifi routers providing unlimited wifi and Net Streaming facilities all thru the house [with repeater all across the house].
We have a full time care taker and private Butler at home to cook on demand.
A house maid comes daily for cleaning and washing clothes.
We have 2 private terraces. One on lower floor and other on upper floor. We have a private bar on the upper floor with Cabanas and very fine collection of wine and Drinks - if that enchants :)
This accommodation is offered to only ladies or couples. Sorry no kids, please. I travel a lot, so my wife needs to have a lady guest at minimum [so couples are welcome but otherwise only ladies, please].
