Welcome to Arbio I Lax Studios & Apartments. We have renovated the entire house in recent years and now want to give you a cosy and beautiful time in Leipzig with our rooms.
The 1-room apartment is quietly located on the courtyard side. It has about 20 square metres and is in the 2nd Floor of our apartment building. It has a fully equipped kitchen-living room, a cosy bed with natural mattress and a cosy balcony. The bathroom has a large shower and a cute window to the bedroom.
Arbio I Lax is located in an inhabited street with small cafes, second-hand shops and Karl-Heine-Strasse is just a stone's throw away. There are many small pubs, restaurants, cafes and shops.

The will be clean only before and after your stay. If you wish to have extra cleaning, you can book it in our extra services for an additional price.
