Welcome to Arbio I Lax Studios & Apartments. We have renovated the entire house in recent years and now want to give you a cosy and beautiful time in Leipzig with our rooms.
The 2-room apartment has about 30 square metres and is in the 2nd Floor of our apartment building. It has a fully equipped kitchen-living room, a beautiful loft bed and a practical pull-out bed for another person. The bathroom has a large shower and is in a pretty blue.
Since the apartment is facing the street, there may be street noise. But this one is not extraordinarily loud.
Arbio I Lax is located in an inhabited street with small cafes, second-hand shops and Karl-Heine-Strasse is just a stone's throw away. There are many small pubs, restaurants, cafes and shops.
