Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The setup was awesome. The place have everything you need. We enjoyed our stay.

Negative: I didn’t like the Hostess attitude Mr Markus or whatever. We were 3 vulnerable ladies that got a flat tyre when checking out. At first he didn’t want to help my husband to come in to come and help us and told me he would send his guys an hour later he pitched with his guys very grumpy and told me there is nothing he can do to help us i must call for help and he left with an attitude. Im very disgusted in his attitude he can be ashamed of himself for treating women that way. The place is nice but i will not set my foot there again. We didn’t feel safe at all. When checking in he told us we can WhatsApp call him if we need anything but he takes forever to answer and when he does he has a sarcastic attitude🤮
