Positive: We had excellent service from Xavier at the front desk. The place is absolutely beautiful. Our stay was only one night, but if we had been there more days, we would have used the pool and spa. There is a new restaurant experience called the Sky Boma, which overlooks the canopy of the bush. It is conveniently located outside a main gate at Etosha
