The entire second floor is yours — bright, spacious, and immaculately clean. Four bedrooms sleep up to 10 guests, each with its own private en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, and heating. The living room is a real highlight — guests always comment on how generous the space is, with a huge TV that has access to Netflix and YouTube (please note: accounts are not included, guests use their own). The terrace is another favourite, with views over the park and the neighbourhood below — perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: stove, air fryer, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, washing machine, dryer, and all the utensils to cook comfortably. To welcome you, we provide salt, sugar, instant coffee, and tea — please note these are a one-time supply and are not replenished. Cooking oil is not provided; there's a supermarket just a short walk away for anything extra.
A new garden is currently being finished and will soon add a lovely outdoor retreat to the property.We're in the centre of Kutaisi, directly facing a large peaceful park — quiet and residential, but walkable to great restaurants, cafes, and the city's main sights.
