Die Wohnung befindet sich eine einem sehr gepflegten Mehrfamilienhaus.
Das Haus liegt idyllisch, im oberen Teile der Ortschaft Ravaisch und hat einen tollen Ausblick aufs Tal Richtung Samnaun-Dorf (Westseite!). Ravaisch liegt oberhalb der Großkabinenbahn (180 Personen auf zwei Stockwerken) , die einen direkt ins Skigebiet Silvretta Arena bringt. In Ravaisch endet auch die lange Talfahrt (Nummern 80/80a). Das Skigebiet kombiniert die verrückte Ischgl-Seite mit dem etwas gediegeneren Samnaun. Das Hauptskigebiet befindet sich in einer Höhe von 2.000 bis knapp 3.000 Metern und ist die ganze Saison über schneesicher.
Samnaun Dorf ist etwas zwei Kilometer entfernt – per Wanderweg oder per Auto oder per Bus gut zu erreichen.
Zudem erhaltet ihr eine umfangreiche Einweisung, was es wo zu sehen, was es wo zu tun gibt, was man wo einkauft und wo man toll isst (von rustikal über das Käsefondue bis zur Sterneküche gibt es alles).
Die Wohnung ist circa 77 m2 groß und hochwertig ausgestattet. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer (jeweils zwei Betten) und je eigenem Badezimmer: einmal das Badezimmer en-suite mit Badewanne. In jedem Schlafzimmer ein TV.
Die Küche ist komplett (Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler, Ceranfeld, Backofen, Jura-Kaffeemaschine); eine kombinierte Waschmaschine/Trockner steht in einem kleinen Abstellraum und ist kostenfrei zu nutzen.

Zugang für Gäste
Das Apartment befindet sich im ersten Obergeschoss des Hauses. Eine separate Eingangstür trennt das Apartment von den restlichen Apartments des Hauses.
