Villa Di Arte truly lives up to its name! When you walk in this villa you immediately see the different artsy elements. Until you reach the porch, because then your gaze will be distracted due to the gorgeous panoramic views of the turquoise sea.
This villa has a spacious living room with a very large open kitchen which is fully equipped with (among others) an American refrigerator.
On this floor are two bedrooms, the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a second bedroom (who shares the bathroom with the master bedroom). Also located on this floor is a very well equipped tv and playroom which also functions as the library. All (bed) rooms have air-conditioning.
On the lower floor are 2 more bedrooms and s shared bathroom. One of these bedrooms has 2 Queens sized beds. Enough space for 8 people! On this floor is the terrace with a comfortable lounge area.
The villa is, among other things, equiped with a washer, dishwasher, television, land line telephone, WIFI and car port. From the partly covered porch you have a beautiful view over a number of other villa’s, and above all, the breathtaking nature. Enjoy the view and relax with a cooling sea breeze. This villa is located on Villa Park Coral Estate, a beautiful gated resort in Banda Abou. The resort has 24/7 security and is located near several wonderful beaches, perfect for swimming, diving and snorkeling. On Coral Estate Centre you have the option to go to the beach, the spa, bakery Bread & More, restaurant ‘Karaker’, roof top bar ‘Bar Koraal’ and the dive shop.
Getting Around:
It is definitely a must to have a car on the island, as all tourist destinations are far away from each other and public transport is most of the time highly busy. Taxi's are also highly accessible and affordable.
