Garbage/Recycling: Due to wildlife in the area, do not leave any garbage outside. Please make sure all your garbage is properly bagged and left in the kitchen area so our cleaning crew can easily take care of it after checkout. We’re happy to dispose of up to 2 bags at no cost. Any additional bags will incur a fee of $10 per bag.
We have thoughtfully designed and set up our property with a lot of care. Please be respectful and treat it like your own. We strive to provide guests with a 5-star experience and hope you`ll take care of the property during your stay!
Please report any maintenance issues, damages, or any other issues to us immediately upon check-in so we can address it right away.
NO SMOKING - Strictly no smoking of any kind anywhere within the property, including outdoor spaces. If you’d like to smoke, please do so outside the property line and safely dispose of cigarette butts. If we find evidence of smoking in the unit, a $500 charge will apply.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS - This is strictly enforced and will result in cancellation and eviction.
NOISE LEVELS - We are mindful about being respectful to our wonderful neighbours and following local bylaws. Please note the quiet hours between 10 pm to 7 am.

WASTE MANAGEMENT - Because we’re in a natural setting with plenty of wildlife, we kindly ask that you take all garbage and recycling with you when you leave. If any bags are left behind, a $35 disposal fee per bag will apply.
CHECK-IN/OUT TIMES - Please adhere to our standard check-in time of 4 pm and check-out times at 11 am. If you’d like to modify this, let us know ahead of time and we’ll try our best to accommodate. Any late check-outs that interfere with our cleaner’s schedule will result in a fee of $75 per hour, charged at 15 min increments.
SEPTIC SYSTEM - This property is on a septic system, and it`s extremely important that you only use the toilet paper provided to you when flushing the toilet. Any damage to the septic system as a result of anything other than the toilet paper provided being flushed will result in a minimum $500 fee depending on the damages incurred.
