We welcome you to Waterfront: sleeps 8 guests in a large detached beach house, with direct beach access. Six bedrooms, six en-suites and a family bathroom and guest loo. TV / Cinema style room with surround sound, table tennis, fusbol table, pizza oven & BBQ, enclosed garden, parking for 5 cars, 3 terraces, two large reception rooms, sea views from first and second and third floor.

TV / Cinema room, accessed via double doors with huge corner seating sofa for 8.. Huge 85 inch screen TV fully loaded with freeview, Netflix, prime and more. Surround sound system, DVD and music system.
Huge (70sq m plus) kitchen and dining room, open living area with a large kitchen island and 6 counter stools. 2 x 90cm wide ovens, 2 x 4 area induction hobs, 2 x dishwashers, large fridge freezer with integral ice maker and chilled water dispenser, further 36 bottle wine/beer chiller, large warming drawer integral microwave, Quooker instant boiling water tap, Barista style coffee machine / Nespresso with original pods, packed with crockery and glassware and heaps of extras for even the most ambitious chef.
Dining area is central to the kitchen with bench seating around a hand carved wooden table - seating 14.

Fully opening sliding doors open out to the patio with BBQ and Pizza oven. The kitchen window also fully opens and outside the metal garden stools make a garden bar.
Bedroom 2 (sleeps 2) king sized bed, en suite shower, hanging space. Dressing table and mirror.
First Floor
Large open plan living room with magnificent views of the beach and sea over the garden, with two three seater sofas, armchairs, floor cushions. Large Smart screen TV. Corner breakfast table and seating for 6. Bar area, with fridge, sink and glassware.
Fully opening sliding doors and a slim upper deck area, with access out to the garden and onto the beach.
To the front of the house:
Family cloakroom with shower, wc and sink.
Bedroom 3 (sleeps 2 adults + 2 children) Family room with king size bed, plus a single bed and pull out bed (suitable for children only) En suite bathroom with access to evening terrace for sunset drinks and seating for 5-6.

Accessible via a further staircase
Master bedroom (sleeps 2) super king bed, slipper bath in the room, huge vaulted windows with electric blinds, bifold fully opening doors onto a terrace with bean bags with the most dramatic views to the sea. En suite shower room. Hanging space, chaise-lounge seat.

You will find the table tennis table, along with garden seating and cushions, bean bags and beach accessories.

Three well behaved dogs are welcome. Please note additional pet charges are £35 per pet per week (or part of) will be charged. The grounds are fairly well secured for pets but smaller dogs may escape. The garden is fully enclosed with side access and outdoor shower to clean paws. The beach is pet friendly all year around.
