Additionally, there is a sauna section with a separate entrance from outside, which includes a WC, a shower room, and an electric sauna.
On the upper floor, you will find a WC, a hall area, and two bedrooms. One bedroom has four beds and access to a balcony, while the other has two beds.
Between the villa and the stunning sandy beach runs a pedestrian and bicycle path, which is the only access to the property—there is no other car traffic. The beach is approximately 50 meters away.
