Positive: Very pleasant owner, tidy newly furnished rooms, very clean. Parking space for 1 car with lockable gates.

Negative: The synthetic towels need to be replaced, there is no shelf for toiletries, and the double bed in room 4 is positioned so that it can only be accessed from one side, which is very inconvenient.

Summary: This is a newly furnished apartment with minor imperfections.
