Positive: This property is in a great location especially if you are going to the bicentennial capitol mall for an event. There were restaurants and bars in walking distance in the Germantown area. The house was big. The 3 bedrooms are all upstairs and the entertaining space was downstairs. This is great if you have a large group and some might want to sleep in or go to bed earlier than the others. The checkin and checkout process was easy and used a digital key pad to gain access to the property. The property management company wrote back in most cases very quickly. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and eat there. Even though parking is on the street it is away from the business of Nashville and we never had a hard time finding a spot.
Negative: If you're looking for an aesthetic Nashville place to stay and take photos at this is not it. I've stayed in many places in Nashville and them being aesthetically appealing for group photos is usually a must have. This place felt disheveled. The pillows on the couch were mixed and matched and the whole couch felt very old, not very comfy. All the furniture is random in each room. 2 of the bedrooms had nice beds but one bedroom had low cost platforms with low cost mattresses on them which was rough for sleeping. The curtain rods were crooked in many rooms for example and the walls looked beat up in a lot of areas. It does have an out door patio but not a table I'd want to sit at. It was this strange old world décor in the kitchen which doesn't seem to match the rest of the house. The rules were very negative and almost aggressive right off the bat. I had to do a background check just to stay their and I never found out the results. They stress all the rules about noise ordinance and claim to have something that can measure the level of noise which is invasive because who knows what else it is recording/measuring. Lastly the rules call "spouses" a pet and if I had seen that before booking I wouldn't of booked it. They have a tone of being very negative like everyone is just going to destroy the place.
Summary: Great location in a big house but could have been better
