Set in a private gated community, which is peaceful, tranquil & totally secure with onsite private parking.
Just a 10 min walk to the famous Latin Quarter, Quay St, Spanish Arch & also the beautiful sandy beach of Salthill with its wonderful 3 km long Promenade by the seashore from Claddagh all the way to Blackrock!
We have put lots of love & attention into our home and hope people enjoy it as much as we do. It's a very comfortable spacious property & great location for couples or for families to enjoy all the attractions that Galway, Salthill & the Wild Atlantic Way of West Ireland have to offer.
Ground Floor - to the front of the house South facing, lovely relaxing living room; to the back then is the open plan new modern kitchen & dining area which leads to a lovely bright sunroom with french doors opening out to the peaceful courtyard garden area with afternoon West facing sunshine. Also on the ground floor leval there is a downstairs toilet/WC & utility room with washing machine & storage.
On the First floor are the two double bedrooms, one bedroom is ensuite with electric shower, toilet sink and also on this floor is main bathroom again with electric shower, wc & sink.
TV in living room & another in the sunroom. WiFi available throughout the house.
A charming spacious house with all the comforts from home but the "creme de la creme" of this property is its peaceful wonderful location & yet everything is within walking distance, so there is no need for transport day or night!
