Customers who do not respect the destination of the property, cause nuisance to the neighborhood or cause damage, can be evicted from the house by the police. No more guests are allowed to stay in the building and on the domain if they can sleep cfr. the max. capacity of the house that is offered for rent. In accordance with Belgian law, the tenant must provide his name and address to the landlord before or at the latest upon moving in and accept/sign the house rules and this at the latest upon moving in. The landlord is happy to answer all questions of the (prospective) tenant.
