The penthouse has a large living room with dining area and an open plan kitchen. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and provides access to the terrace in the back. The apartment is fully equipped to accommodate 5 guests.
The penthouse is located in Residence Beachside on Praia Antonio Sousa within a minute’s walk from the Josh Angulo Surf Center and beach. Ten minute walk from the Center of Santa Maria where shops and restaurants are located. Ten minute walk from the Pier where local Fishermen sell their catch of the day.
Currently there is a small contruction being built in front of the building which has only a ground level platform and a number of pillars (apparantly the project has been stopped). This contruction does not affect the sea view.
