It has the most amazing terrace, partially uncovered, so you can sunbath in style while contemplating the turquoise sea. It offers stunning water views from the inside as well as from its patio.
It has a power generator that cover the full apartment and kicks in automatically in the event of an outage. The loft was completely remodeled in 2022 with modern and tasteful decoration, functional high-end furniture and brand-new appliances including washer & dryer and a dishwasher.
It is a short walk to La Playita del Condado (the nicest beach in this trendy neighborhood) and the Condado lagoon. It is adjacent to the Caribe Hilton hotel (with fun shops and restaurants) and walking distance to Distrito T Mobile which combines the best in art, music, dining and entertainment. It is 8 min drive from Old San Juan (30 min walk) and 15 min drive from the San Juan Airport.
