Self check-in & check out is also possible especially for late check-ins/check outs. Instructions shall be sent when necessary.
Strictly 11am checkout and 3pm check-in. Early check-in or late check out will be allowed based on the unit's occupancy, and guest will be charged the following:
*First extra two hours - P250
*Past two hours to a maximum of eight hours - charge is half of nightly rate
*Beyond eight hours is NOT allowed.

To ensure smooth entry and check-in, please provide full name & valid ID of all guests after booking confirmation. Only registered guests are permitted to enter by our security personnel.
Day visitors are subject to pre-approval from our Property Management Office to ensure comfort and security to our residents and guests.
