Our 2022 renewed detached house is located in Colà di Lazise, a green and quiet district of Lazise, only 400 metres from the Garda Thermal Park, in an apartment complex with shared swimming pool (guaranteed opening period 15/05-30/09), only 4 km from the historic centre of Lazise. The house, of 75 mq, develops on two floors and can accommodate up to 5 people.On the ground floor there is a spacious living area with kitchenette, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and oven. Toaster and German coffee machine are provided. The living room, which overlooks a well-kept garden, has a comfortable sofa bed that can accommodate an adult or a child, and satellite TV.Detached house offers 2 double bedrooms on the first floor. The bathroom has a showerbox, hairdryer and bidet. The outdoor area is enriched by a spacious garden on three sides, a covered terrace with BBQ and a spacious covered portico where you can enjoy moments of relaxation and pleasant outdoor dining.
