Catharina at just walking distance from the Amazonia\L’Aldea Hotel & Steak House and less than 5 minute drive from the Ostrich Farm, The Aloe Vera Plantation, Serena's Art Factory and St. Joris Bay Kite-surfing. There is also 2 supermarkets within 5 to 10 minutes driving distance. In addition the house is just a 10 minutes’ drive away from the Jan Thiel Beach and the Mambo Beach Boulevard.
