Nice view of the ocean from the deck and nothing beats a coffee outside with the sun shining down on you and it energizes you to start your day. You can get to all the major touristy areas in just a short drive. Come back in the evening and enjoy a quiet walk down to the beach, watch the locals fillet some cod on the warf or enjoy a glass of wine on the deck and watch the stars or have a fire in the back yard.
