The Cottage is a spacious family house in a safe secure mature garden with swimming pool, barbeque, locking garage and secure parking. Free Wi-Fi and free bilingual telephone support is provided throughout your holiday. It was built in this quiet location as a family home and film dubbing audio studio. A locking sound proofed door separates it into two independent halves. The two halves are fully independent Cottages with their own front doors and their own kitchens. However, when the separating door is opened they form a single, larger Cottage. The entire cottage is all for your exclusive use and the entire garden, barbeque, swimming pool and garage is also for your exclusive use
Two shower toilets have been built specifically for wheelchair access, with roll-in showers and toilets.
From the cottage bicycle track 8100 leads east through the picturesque Tiché Údolí Silent Valley National Park. Our Guests love walking or cycling from the cottages following streams and lakes through delightful forest to the Vltava river and enchanting countryside beyond. 200 metres from the property our younger Guests enjoy the generously equipped free children’s playground built by the village. 500 metres to the north you will discover EU sponsored nature trails leading to forests and picturesque vistas, perfect for relaxed family exploration. Your rambles will be rewarded by the rural pub restaurants and free forest adventure playgrounds you will find
The Bohemian countryside is full of unforgettable, affordable, individualistic pub restaurants. 50 metres across the bicycle track from the property is Ve Mlejne pub restaurant serving excellent lunches and Staropramen beer at extraordinarily low prices. Local folk music groups gather there some evenings; beware, once heard the catchy Bohemian Country Music will continue playing in your head for days! Also within walking distance are Detaillo international restaurant perched over a small lake and featuring an excellent pizza oven, Únětická Sokolovna sports pub restaurant with sports facilities and its own small theatre, and Únětický Pivovar, a beautifully restored historic 1710 brewery that brews its own beer and wine and serves excellent food in memorable surroundings
