Playa Azul is a piece of heaven located on an expansive, yet quiet stretch of fantastic beach, just 3.5 km. south of the eclectic surfer town of Canoa. The unit is on the second floor facing the ocean and Canoa, with a large tiled balcony and 2 double glass patio doors - one from the living area, and one from the master, providing spectacular views and sunsets. Each bedroom has it's own full bathroom w. shower. The gated, secure community also has a large, well maintained swimming pool, shared garden, and palm covered common palapa sitting area with a charcoal BBQ. Enjoy a beautiful array of orange sunsets every night. Try surfing, or body boarding right out front, Kayak tours, or parasail rides at Canoa. Seafood and fresh produce is plentiful at local markets for very reasonable prices! Take a short trip to Isla de la Corozon in the estuary, or a days journey to Isla de la Plata (the poor man's Galapagos), or up to the rain forest and Mindo bird sanctuary. Temperature averages range from 26C in the Summer to 29C in the winter. Local buses will pass out front every 20 minutes.
