The apartment is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay of a large family of six or a group of friends.
The apartment consists of:
- a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area (electric kettle, microwave oven, refrigerator, all the necessary utensils);
- living room with sofa bed, TV;
- the main bedroom with a large double bed, as well as with its own bathroom;
- second bedroom with two single beds;
- an additional bathroom unit, with a shower cabin and a washing machine;
- each bedroom in the apartment is equipped with air conditioning.
One of the terraces of the apartment offers a stunning view of the sea and mountains, the other two offer an incredible view of the mountains, i.e. only three terraces will be at your disposal! The apartment is located on the third floor without a lift. Wireless internet (Wi-Fi) is available throughout the apartment.
The complex has a recreation area for guests, which is equipped with a barbecue area and a children's play area. For convenience, there is a private underground parking space and a street parking space.
It takes 6-7 minutes to walk from the apartment to the nearest beach. The beaches in the village are perfect for families with children. Within walking distance, not far from the complex, there are three restaurants, one of which is open all year round. Mini market and public transport stop 10 minutes walk. Public transport runs from the stop every hour to Kotor, Perast and Risan - the most visited tourist towns of the Gulf.
Orahovac is very popular among outdoor enthusiasts, especially those who like to hike in the mountains (trekking). Several trails start near the complex and lead to abandoned mountain villages. On the way, you can see several old churches, Austro-Hungarian fortresses.
