Positive: The home was located on a beautiful mountain and the views were breath taking. we saw wildlife everyday we were there driving to and from the property bears,mouse, coyotes etc

Negative: when we got there we were having a hard time opening up the door with the code that was given. Called the owner of property he was very short with me and was bothered by my call. Then there were sheets and towels in the dryer. Also no extra paper towel rolls or garbage bags. We had to use paper shopping bags. I emailed the owner a couple days after we got there and asked for a later checkout since our flight didn’t take off until 10pm the following Monday there was no response. A couple days later I called and spoke to the owner he was rude and bothered by my call. I asked him for a later checkout time on Monday. He told me he has to check to see if he has another renter and would text me back. I mentioned to him that his home was beautiful and wanted to let him know since we pay a cleaning fee that there were sheets and towels in the dryer when we got there, the linen closet was a mess just everything thrown on a shelf, that there were no garbage bags or extra paper towels. I also mentioned to him in the trailer that the container of garbage that was kept there was garbage all over the trailer and not put into the trash bin. He told me he was aware of the trash issue. He did not thank me for making him aware of telling him about the issues with cleaning and items stocked. This conversation was 4 days prior to leaving and never got a text or email from him at all. We had to try to find things to do to bide time until our flight at 10pm since we had to checkout at 10am. You would think after paying as much as $3000 a week to stay in his home that he would be more appreciative and attentive to his renters! I give the owner a 0 on a scale from 1-10!

Summary: The home and location and views were beautiful! The owner was a pompous jerk!!!!!!
