Located on the eighth floor of a building with 24-hour security and a daytime caretaker, it has two separate areas, both exterior and full of natural light: the living area, complete with open-plan kitchen; and a comfortable bedroom with a small terrace and full en-suite bathroom. And the apartment is of course fitted with central heating and an air conditioning system.
Despite its compact size, the apartment feels spacious and is bright and cheerful. Every attention has been paid to detail, the furniture is of clean, simple design and built-in solutions are used. With everything catered for, our guests need only relax and enjoy! The kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast bar which doubles as a dining area. The living area boasts a large chaise-longue (convertible to a second bed), coffee table, smart TV, and lighting fixtures for reading. The sophisticated bedroom is equipped with a fantastic queen-sized bed and full en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi bath. Little pleasures, to be enjoyed to the full.
In short, this apartment provides all you can wish for in a fantastic location, literally a short stroll away from the Paseo de la Castellana, and just a short metro or bus ride away from Madrid's main cultural and tourist offerings.

All fees shown are inclusive of taxes and other costs. Payment of a 30% of the total rental fees must be made for your rental to be confirmed. When a booking is made with less than 14 days in advance to your arrival, the total booking fee will be due.
Arrival and departure. Check-in is between 15:00 and 21:00; check-out by 11:00. Should you require to arrive or leave earlier or later, you must request this at the time of the booking. We will endeavour to accommodate your request; however, this will depend on availability, and an additional fee may be incurred.
Cancellations. Cancelling more than 14 days prior to your arrival date will entitle you to a full refund. Cancelling between 7 and 14 days prior to arrival will entitle you to a refund of 50% and cancelling between 2 and 7 days will entitle you to a refund of 25%. Cancellations made less than 2 days in advance of the planned arrival date will mean that no refund can be given, and the full rental amount will be withheld.
Additional information. The minimum stay we have in Madrid is 5 nights, and 7 nights over the Christmas period. The property is fully equipped, including high quality bedlinen and towels.
Total rental fees must be paid prior to arrival (with a minimum of 14 days in advance), together with the corresponding security deposit.
