Summary: While the property was enjoyable, the check in process was stressful and the contact point seemed apathetic. Prior to the trip, there was no meaningful communication with the host company; also, none of the information links worked. Upon arrival, the woman at the front desk seemed to have no knowledge of the booking (she was very helpful, however) and when I called the host contact I received no answer. After I received the keys, I was asked to register my vehicle for parking as the on site parking garage has strictly enforced towing in place. As I mentioned earlier, the information links in Expedia lead nowhere and I had no way of registering my vehicle; this is when I called the host once again. To my surprise, the person who eventually answered seemed annoyed that I had called and referred me to the information link. Eventually this was also sorted out but in total the check in/vehicle registration process took exponentially longer than it should have and stressed me out every step of the way. After this was all sorted out, however, I had a wonderful time at the property. Every attraction was within a very short walking distance and the room was clean with great views. If you decide to book this location, I would highly recommend calling the host company a few days in advance to make sure everything is sorted.
