Our chalet is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts. It`s located in a little corner of paradise in the mountains and on the water`s edge with access to the lake.
There`s a spa and swimming pool.
Four-wheel and ski-doo trails are 200 meters from the chalet.
In winter, you can take walks on the frozen lake.
The main road is close to the chalet. You can see and hear it in the background.

The chalet has two floors.
First floor: kitchen, dining room, living room and powder room.
Second floor: three bedrooms and full bathroom.
Spa and above-ground pool.
Wood-burning fireplace in living room.
The ski doo trails are 300 meters from the house and can be reached directly from the chalet.
You have access to the whole house except for the basement, which is locked for personal storage.
There are two kayaks and a 4-seater pedalo at your disposal.

-No body oil or sunscreen before entering the spa. Make sure you are clean before entering. If there is any oil or cream residue, a $250 charge will be retained to empty and refill the spa.
There are surveillance cameras in the front parking lot.
Dogs are welcome, but you must respect all instructions.
Rules if you have pets:
1. You are responsible for any damage caused by your pet.
2. Your pets must be supervised at all times and kept on a leash outside.
3. Do not let them sleep on couches, beds or blankets.
4. You must pick up after them.
5. Pets are not allowed in the spa or pool.
6. Before leaving, sweep the floor to remove as much hair as possible.

- Faire la vaisselle et partir le lave-vaisselle avant de quitter.
-Sortir les ordures et recyclage dans leur bac respectif.

-Les party sont strictement interdits. Aucun feu d’artifice peu importe l’heure.
-Les fenêtres soient fermées et verrouillées.
-Les lumières éteintes.
-A l’extérieur, utiliser des verres de plastique seulement. Spécialement dans le spa.
-Le chauffage dans la maison à 8 degré.
Règlements pour l’utilisation du spa.
• Il est strictement interdit de fumer, boire ou manger dans le spa.
• S.V.P rincez votre corps de crème, d’huile, sable et autres saletés avant d’entrer dans l’eau.
• Les personnes aux cheveux longs sont priées de les attacher
• S.V.P. Avisez-nous si le niveau d’eau est bas.
• Les enfants de moins de 14 ans doivent être accompagnés d`un adulte en tout temps.
• Le couvercle du spa doit être remis correctement en place après chaque usage du spa. Le flotteur doit être remis dans l’eau a votre sortie du spa et ce à chaque fois.
• À la fin de chaque spa de la journée, vous devez ajouter le contenu d’un petit pot et partir les jets. Nous comptons les pots utilisés.
**Il est important de respecter ces règlements puisque cela peut entrainer des dommages irréparables au spa et peut nécessiter un appel de service qui exigera des frais considérables.**
Le non-respect de ces règlements entrainera des frais de 300 $ minimum qui seront déduits de votre dépôt de garantie.
Règlements si vous avez des animaux:
1. Vous êtes responsable des dommages causés par votre animal.
2. Vos animaux doivent être surveillés en tout temps et les tenir en laisse à l’extérieur.
3. Ne pas les laisser dormir sur les divans, les lits et les couvertures.
4. Vous devez ramasser leurs besoins extérieurs.
5. Les animaux sont interdits dans le spa et la piscine.
6. Avant de quitter, passer le balai ou la balayeuse pour enlever le plus de poil.
