Summary: We stayed at Laceyville to celebrate my grandma’s 80th birthday. We had a great time and the house handled all 10 adults, 2 toddlers and 2 dogs without feeling too squishy. Cindy was a wonderful host! She left some local treats for us on the table on arrival and gave us some recommendations for activities in the area. She is very responsive and checked on us via message multiple times throughout our stay. When my grandma thought she forgot her laptop behind Cindy offered to go look for it and mail it the following day (the laptop ended up not being left behind). Some things to be aware of though (especially if you are staying with elderly)- the stairs to the bedrooms are very steep and the claw tub is a little tough to get in and out of and could be a little slippery. Some things we did over the weekend - checked out the local shops, the oldest house in town, ordered take out from the meat hook (which is gluten free) and drove about an hour to Scranton to the trolley museum (which the toddlers loved) Overall we had a great experience and would stay here again!
