Positive: The property was easy to find, and is very well located for day trips around Egilsstaðir. The house was clean, cozy and nicely decorated. There was a washing machine as well, which was very handy. The beds were comfortable. The area was very quiet, a bit outside of Egilsstaðir, but very quick to drive there. From the open area where the cottages are, there is a short path to a jacuzzi (which was spotless) and there is also a sauna. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Summary: Excellent base to visit the northeast area
