Summary: This place was probably 5 stars a few years ago and could be again with just a little attention. Would love to come back if a few improvements are made. The couch is completely shot. Just take a seat over the fold out bed. You sink in probably 2ft. The water heater is full of sediment. Lots of bubbling noise, no longer efficient and lacks hot water capacity because of it. Needs to be flushed or probably just replaced. The side door mat has so much mold on it that its gross to walk on. Please just toss it. Better to walk on the concrete. We also felt like the place was due for a really good cleaning. Some of the glasses on the top self had dust and flies in them. We set something ontop of fridge and couldn't believe the dust. House has a great layout and plenty of space. Loved the kitchen, the large dining table and large coffee table. Backyard was great but had 2ft weeds when we arrived. Once mowed a few days later it was great.
