Upstairs is the fifth bedroom/teenage retreat with 2 single beds, a separate living room with TV, a bathroom, table tennis table and balcony with panoramic views across the bay to Phillip Island and The Nobbies.
Theres room for everyone to unwind in comfort with 3 living areas, a well-equipped gourmet kitchen with Miele appliances, bespoke limestone finishes, and French doors opening onto a large entertaining deck. Beautiful indoor and outdoor dining options makes entertaining easy.
At the bottom of the garden by the beach youll find the private boathouse, with a kitchenette and toilet. It is filled with a variety of water sports equipment for guests to enjoy - a stand-up paddle board, windsurfers, kayaks, foam surfboard, malibu board and more! The large, grassed garden by the beach is perfect for long, lazy lunches or games on the lawn.
