Positive: It is a room of an apartment, which the owner is living there too. But usually you just do your things, and he his. The owner was very kind and friendly, easy to talk with. He recommended some places to visit. He was also very thoughtful, he prepared some snacks and drinks in the room, which you can use/eat and pay him before check out. You have a double bed to sleep, a wardrobe for your own stuffs, also a bathroom, a few steps from the bedroom.

Negative: The property is very warm, after shower you will sweating again. so if I am in the room, I have to switch on the air conditioning, which is an extra cost. The owner has a calculator system installed that operates through hus phone. So he can see how many hours you used the air conditioning and will charge you from your used.

Summary: In general my stay was good. But will not go back there, a room of a share apartment. Rather a hotel with air conditioni
