Situated in quiet Kew, but minutes from High Street with dozens of eateries, this apartment is great for a small family or group. Sun-lit and suburban, the property offers a spacious open-plan living, a large dining space and fully-equipped kitchen with serving essentials and quality appliances. This spacious three-bedroom apartment is thoughtfully furnished to maximise functionality and is close to supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, public transport, shops, art galleries, cafes and restaurants - everything you could possibly want is at your fingertips.
Step into the living room complete with three-seater couch, flat-screen TV, air conditioning and access to the private patio. Cook up a storm in the gourmet kitchen complete with Blanco stainless steel oven and stove top and all the cooking basics you could need.
Each queen bedroom has wardrobe space for easy storage of luggage and personal belongings, while the primary bedroom has access to its own private ensuite. The second and third bedrooms can make use of the main bathroom offering a large bathtub, perfect for bath time with children or a relaxing soak, a mirrored vanity, and complimentary toiletries to get you started.
Additional amenities include on-site, secure parking, washer and dryer and a dedicated working space with Wi-Fi throughout the unit.
Please note that the large burner on the stove is currently not operational, and only three of the burners are working at this time. Rest assured, we are actively working on getting it repaired.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourself, except for one locked room. This room is to be refurbished as we continue to make improvements to the home for our guests. You'll also have access to the communal backyard. Please make yourself at home!
Kew is a green, sought-after suburb, rich in period housing, parkland, tram lines and schools, but it’s also niftily close to the city.
Life in lovely, leafy Kew is a laidback affair. Its proximity to the city makes it an easy tram ride in, but closer to home you can jog through Studley Park or along Yarra Bend, have a few rounds of golf at any number of nearby golf clubs, or you can shop and brunch around Kew Junction (around Cotham Road and High Street). It’s a busy, buzzy shopping strip with excellent cafes and restaurants.
