Stockland Mall Shopping Centre is only a 5 minute drive for all the essentials.

The bathroom style is for those who don't mind the original 1980's style. The bathroom contains both a bath tub and shower and separate toilet.
There is a 2nd toilet next to the laundry at the rear of the house.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped with a few extras-air fryer, rice cooker and espresso machine.
BACK LOUNGE AREA
Adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen is a dining area with a sofa and an additional 43 inch TV. The sofa folds out to a bed and is suitable for a child up to 30kgs and has a thin foam mattress.
