Positive: The apartment is very spacious - 2 large bedrooms, toilet separate from bathroom, big living/dining area with separate kitchen, etc. Lots of storage. Basic toiletries were provided, but no supplies in the kitchen. Although the area is a strange mix of industrial and residential, there is a supermarket just opposite, some restaurants and a large park nearby as well. Management provided detailed instructions and was very responsive, but communication wasn't always clear.

Negative: Surfaces were clean, but otherwise the apartment has seen better days and looks a bit run down unfortunately - walls had lots of stains and dead insects, some blinds were broken, mattresses worn, and so on. Kitchen utensils were not very complete, and some pots were in poor condition. Toilet cannot be aired. No flexibility with late checkout, it will cost extra.
