Situated in the Bossons area, this quiet neighborhood is the ideal location to take advantage of the proximity to the center of Chamonix and of the surrounding nature. You'll particularly appreciate the breathtaking view of the Mont Blanc chain, the spaciousness and luminosity, the 4 en suite bathrooms, and the terrace with its jacuzzi. Ideal for enjoying the region with family or friends, the property is compose with the following rooms. Ground floor:

> Master Bedroom (queen-size bed, direct access to terrace and jacuzzi) with en-suite bathroom (shower, bath, double washbasin, toilet)

> A living room centered around the fireplace, from which you can fully appreciate the view of the Mont Blanc massif, and which extends into the dining area. In the last pictures you'll see that protection has been added to the stairs.
