The space
It’s a studio unit where modern design meets with old/old looking items. It complemented perfectly creating a space ideal for relaxation and comfort.
The unit is designed for short term stay and with guests in mind.
We provide shampoo and toilet paper.
The kitchen has:

The condo has an outdoor gym, playground, running track, half basketball court and a swimming pool. Pool is currently unavailable.
Interaction with guests
I am not in Manila, I mostly handle queries and booking. My co-hosts are nearby the property, their contact details and photo will be shared upon booking. My recent reviews from guests show how they love my co-hosts. :)

Other things to note
1. For ease of check in and building security requirement please send a valid unexpired government issued photo ID (passport and the like except postal ID) and medical certificates (recent of atleast two weeks prior to check-in) for each of the guests. You can send via email or this app. Please bring copy of your IDs and medical certificates to avoid delay.
2. Extra linens and towels are only provided for a minimum of 5 days stay.
3. Strictly no parties.
4. Pool is currently unavailable.

It’s a dynamic neighborhood, near schools, malls, public market, and eating areas.
At ground level is a restaurant, laundry shop, 24/7 store and a massage place.
For urgent needs, there are provision shops a few minutes walk from the building.
10min walk to Robinson’s Otis where restaurants, coffee shops, and supermarket are in one place.
10 min walk to Paco market and church
Where food establishments like Mc Donald’s, Jollibee, Lotsa Pizza, and cheap produce are available.
It is also near historical sites like Rizal Park and Paco Park.
It is also perfect for attending weddings for several churches are around, going for medical check-ups in the nearby hospitals, exploring Manila tourist spots and going to US Embassy.

Grab ride from the airport ranges from 350php to 450php (about 7-9USD) about 15 min to 1 hour depending on traffic.
Airport terminals have grab booth where they can book your ride for you
Grab is safe because you are given the car number, driver's name and photo, and firm fare. So while still with wifi in the airport, you can order your Grab ride which takes you to the Avida Intima Tower's front door. Same thing if you want to go somewhere else, same way.
