Living room with cathedral ceiling opens to recently built deck overlooking the ocean. Gas BBQ grill, granite countertops/bar with all new stainless appliances. Off street parking for 4 cars.
Very pleasant, quiet neighborhood. Walk to beach and restaurants. Large yard, deck overlooking ocean, and 2 picnic tables. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, good for children. Dogs OK with written landlord pre-approval.
This 2-level home is ideal for 1 medium to large family or 2 small families. Upstairs features fully stocked kitchen, living/dining room, full bathroom with shower/ tub and 3 bedrooms (one with direct access to deck). Walk-out finished lower level features open floor plan with a living room with full and twin size futons, large bedroom with queen bed and large window overlooking the backyard, full bathroom and laundry room with extra large capacity washer and dryer and utility sink.
