The property consists of 2 floors with a bedroom, bathroom and toilet on each floor and a private terrace by the sea. The upper part also has a kitchen, room with couch, 2 ceiling fans and walk-in closet in the bedroom.
Both bedrooms have air conditioning. In addition there is a ceiling fan in the upstairs bedroom. The upper and lower part can be reached from the outside via a staircase.

The terrace (facing south) is aprox. 15 meters above sea level which offers a great view. Dolphin and bird watching from your own terrace: fantastic! Stair on site you reach the beach.
The entrance to the house is closed with a gate for which you get the key. Because the house is built against a cliff, the road is parallel to the roof, on which several cars can be parked.
