Take a short walk down the dead end road to a private association to access kayaking, paddle boarding, and fishing. Walk or bike one block over to see the breathtaking view at historic Ft. Ninigret Park.
This house features a total of three bedrooms, all have ceiling fans. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a half bath, toilet and sink only. Bedroom two has a queen sized bed and a bunk bed set with a pull out trundle, bedroom three has a double bed. The rental includes a set of fresh sheets and pillow cases on all beds, bath and beach towels will also be provided. All three rooms are close together and share a full bath in the hallway adjacent to each of the three rooms. If you prefer to shower outside take a relaxing, private outdoor shower just off the back deck.
The house is equipped with a mini-split AC to cool the family room and kitchen.
