I started with my native home and I turned a 75 years old house into a comfortable villa, with all the modern ammenities. I then added a private pool built with local products only and I expanded the plum trees orchard inherited from my parents and grandparents. Then came the fish pond, the bbq area and the terraces.
The location is quite remote, close both to the forests and Buzau river.
