Adjacent to the living room is the fully equipped kitchen, connected to another dining area with direct access to a small balcony with a table and chairs. There are 3 double rooms (on request 2 of these rooms can have 2 single beds or one double bed) and 2 bathrooms with shower.

The apartment is located 1.3 km from the historic center of Lucca, outside Porta Sant'Anna. This is an ideal location for walking or cycling all the major attractions and shops. The bus station is only a few minutes walk and there is a bus stop for easy access to the train station.
The property is situated in a pleasant, quiet and residential. Within walking distance there are grocery stores, supermarkets, pharmacy, pizzerias, ATM, wine shop and a post office.
You are close to all the things you might need during your stay, but distant enough to escape the bustle of the historic center. This area will give you the chance to live like a local!
