Beautiful Views, Best Location and Great Fun are found in this three bedroom and two bath Lake and Play House. Best part of the lake for views, boating and all boating activities (by dam). You are literally on the lake when you step out the back door onto the two story dock. We do have a boat lift and cradle for your use. There are amazing sunrises but the hot evening sun is over the hillside so the deck is shaded in the late afternoon. You will be 10 miles from the Historic Granbury Square and 15 miles to the Fossil Rim Wildlife Center in Glen Rose. The private Pecan Golf course is only 3 miles away, while the challenging Squaw Valley golf course in Glen Rose is 9 miles away.
