The apartment can accommodate up to 5 guests configured as follows: Master bedroom: one king-sized bed for 2 guests. Second bedroom: one queen-sized bed for 2 guests. Living area: sofa bed for 1 guest. Each room has ceiling fans and air conditioning units. Flat-screen cable televisions are located in the master suite and living room. There is free WiFi internet access. All rooms have full-size closets with a desk area in the master suite.
The apartment is located in the Marbella del Caribe Oeste (West) Tower which offers unobstructed spectacular beach and ocean views. There is 24/7 security and many amenities, such as a large swimming pool, basketball and tennis courts, barbecue pits, and beautiful grounds adjacent to the beach. All amenities are within gated areas and only available for condo residents or renters. There is direct access to the beach from the condo grounds. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent at the beach.
Isla Verde Beach offers safe swimming, sea kayaks, jet skis, windsurfing, kite surfing, and sailing.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, and pantry. Kitchen items include a coffee maker, toaster, cookware, cooking utensils, cutlery, and tableware. A washer and dryer are available in the apartment for light loads. For heavier loads, there are coin-operated laundry facilities in the building.
The property is equipped with freshly laundered linens and towels. We offer 1 bath towel per guest (no wash towels), 1 beach towel per guest.
