The kitchen consists of a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave (all stainless steal), kettle, toaster, utensils, cutlery, cookware etc. There is also an island with 2 chairs and a breakfast nook with a table and 4 chairs. The living room contains a sleep sofa couch, regular couch and television.
The 1,500 square foot unit is fully furnished and has air conditioning throughout. There is tile in the kitchen and bathrooms and new flooring throughout the rest of the unit. There are walk-in closets, ample storage space, laundry facilities and a half bath on the ground level.
