Within walking distance of a bakery, grocery store, tennis courts, the Conoco/Phillips building, the 5th Avenue Mall, the Anchorage Museum, and other attractions. The house has a small yard and, a deck with a grill for outdoor dining, Also included are a small office, laundry facilities, and kitchen equipped with many of the conveniences of home.
