Nestled in the greenery, located in a very quiet area of Chartres, on the top of the hill on the right bank of the Eure, this very bright city break offers a magnificent view of the old town and the cathedral. Quality fittings and decoration, with emphasis on bio-sourced materials (wood, wood wool, cellulose wadding, natural linoleum, water-based paint, rainwater collection, etc.). The accommodation is served by bus (supermarket, city center, train station and hospital); free public parking immediately opposite. The interior layout allows for the reception of people with reduced mobility. A 15 m² terrace extends the cottage and allows you to enjoy the view and the sun; an enclosed and flowery garden with a shaded grassy terrace completes the whole. Parking for one vehicle on the plot ONLY in case of PRM. Accommodation consists of a large living room offering beautiful far-reaching views and opening onto a semi-open kitchen.

Single-story cottage, non-smoking, pets not allowed. The entire single-story cottage has been adapted to accommodate a person with reduced mobility (walk-in shower, adapted sink, and toilet).
However, an 8 cm step at the entrance and the steepness of the pedestrian access to the plot do not allow for the Tourism & Disability label.
The rate includes: bed linen for the stay (beds made upon arrival), tea towels. Since the cottage is heated by electricity, you have 8 kWh per day (any excess must be paid on site to the host). End-of-stay cleaning is not included and is an option; whether or not the cleaning option is selected, the tenant will be responsible for emptying the trash, washing and putting away the dishes, vacuuming, and giving the bathrooms a quick clean, and tidying the furniture.
