Positive: At first I was worried about the lack of reviews, but after I arrived it was obvious the place is a brand new setup and the staff is doing everything to make it even better. I really enjoyed the breakfast that was like on the pictures plus option for fried eggs on request. The hot water and good water pressure was also very much appreciated. The staff was super friendly, helpful, answered all my questions, and gave advice about the neighborhood and sightseeing options. They also let me keep my luggage at the reception until my night bus was leaving.

Negative: The wifi was weak at some points, but they were already setting up a better system when I was leaving.

Summary: Positive surprise from this brand new place
