Positive: We stayed here over the weekend. Overall, the location was excellent, the suite was clean, and it was definitely value for money. Self check-in was easy and convenient, with clear instructions provided by the host—no need to queue at a reception counter. Parking was also free, which was a bonus.

Negative: However, there were a few downsides. One of the beds had a bad spring, and we woke up with back pain the next morning. I hope the owner can consider replacing it for better comfort. The lift situation was quite frustrating—especially during peak hours. We had to wait nearly 30 minutes just to get a lift from the 9th floor. As for the pool, you need to register on Level 40 and then walk up the stairs to Level 41 where the pool is located. The security guard was very strict—wet clothes are not allowed when returning to your room, so I had to bring dry clothes for my kids, which made the experience less relaxing. Only the kids’ pool is heated; the adult pool was quite cold. The pool area was also very crowded during peak time.
